After 14 months of marriage, Brand filed for divorce in December 2011. While the two reportedly did not sign a prenuptial agreement, the couple has decided to divide assets amicably.

It has seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, and boasts a swimming pool, a pub, a huge home theater, a study and a guest house, Ace Showbiz reported.The 36-year-old comedian gave his portion of the house's ownership to the 27-year-old singer for "no monetary consideration."
