The Gujarat assembly polls may turn out to be a catalyst in determining who is a better candidate from the NDA to be the next prime minister -- Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi or his Bihar counterpart Nitish Kumar."Though it is the central BJP leadership that can settle the PM nominee debate between Narendra Modi and Nitish Kumar, I believe Gujarat election result will hold the key. If Modi gets a thumping majority, who knows he can be a frontrunner in the NDA PM candidate race," Bihar BJP president and Rajya Sabha parliamentarian CP Thakur told The Indian Express.[caption id="attachment_507497" align="alignleft" width="380"] Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.
