Activist files complaint against Owaisi for hate speech

Such obnoxious speeches divide society, vitiate peace and lead to conflicts and riots," she claimed.She demanded that a case be registered against Owaisi under section 153-A (prompting enmity between different groups of religion, race, place of birth, residence, language etc and doing acts prejudicial to maintenance of harmony) of IPC.PTI
