AAP to approach EC against Kapil Sibal for violating model code

New Delhi: The Aam Aadmi Party on Friday said it will approach the Election Commission against Congress leader and Law Minister Kapil Sibal for allegedly distributing water purifiers in his Lok Sabha constituency."The water purifiers bear the Congress' symbol.
