Mumbai: A special CBI court today rejected an application seeking the presence of CBI director Ranjit Sinha in the court to make a statement in the Adarsh society case.Social activist Pravin Wategoankar has demanded that the investigative agency should register an FIR against former Maharashtra Chief Minister Shivajirao Patil-Nilangekar in the case.[caption id="attachment_1699693" align="alignleft" width="380"]

The court is, however, yet to take cognisance of the charge sheet.PTI
