Short tempers, stressed lives, screaming matches on public transport. That's something we Mumbaikars have come to know as a regular thing.[caption id="attachment_2511996" align="alignleft" width="380"]SCreen grab from video SCreen grab from video[/caption]Not a day goes by when you don't see commuters fighting it out on the train, or in a bus. Now, a video of a woman railway official at Lokmanya Tilak Terminus in Mumbai in the midst of an argument with a commuter has gone viral on Facebook. The video has so far been viewed over 408,314 times. In the video, the woman is rebuked by customers standing in line after she was counting the bundle of cash on her desk. The people in line pointed out to the cashier how she should be counting the money later and giving them their tickets first.Cue an escalated fight, some police action and the appearance of the woman's supervisor. But watching the video leaves us with a few questions. Did the recorder anticipate the fight before it happened? and why was he recording the woman in the first place? In this age of mobile phone and viral videos, this could be a tiny incident that cost this woman her job.
What the world needs is a lot more love.
