And what better way to celebrate No Pants Day than to walk around bottomless in a public place like a subway?According to Improv Everywhere, which is responsible for starting the annual No Pants Subway Ride prank in 2001, thousands of people took off their pants on subways in more than 60 cities in over 25 countries.Even more hilarious is the way Improv Everywhere describes itself on the website. It is "a New York City-based prank collective that causes scenes of chaos and joy in public places." And it causes these scenes of "chaos and joy" through its "undercover agents".We really wonder, though, what would happen if such an event took place in India.
