New Delhi: Dismissing the Railway Budget 2016-17 presented in the Lok Sabha on Thursday by Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu as a "big zero", the Trinamool Congress said there was "nothing new" in the document.[caption id="attachment_2643304" align="alignleft" width="380"] Suresh Prabhu.
