WikiLeaks reveals Dow's espionage on Bhopal activists

Dow Chemical, the firm which bought Union Carbide, is spying on activists who are fighting for justice for the victims of the 1984 Bhopal gas leak incident.  It is using the services of Texas-headquartered "global intelligence" firm Stratfor, a WikiLeaks release said today.The intelligence company is keeping an eye on the internet presence of Bhopal activists and Yes Men for their client Dow Chemical.The Yes Men is an association of 300 imposters, whose modus operandi is to impersonate big criminals and huge corporate houses and humiliate them in public for wrong-doing.[caption id="attachment_227035" align="alignleft" width="380" caption="Secrets leaked. Reuters"][/caption]The Bhopal gas tragedy led to death of thousands and over 500,000 people were maimed due to exposure to poisonous gas.The WikiLeaks revelation on Dow Chemical is likely to generate huge repercussion in India, which is already asking the Olympics organisers to dump the firm as a sponsor.
