Uber rape case: Delhi HC allows accused to recall some witnesses

New Delhi: The Delhi High Court on Wednesday "partly allowed" the plea of Uber cab rape accused Shiv Kumar Yadav to recall some of the prosecution witnesses for further cross-examination.Justice Sunita Gupta passed the order on Yadav's plea challenging the trial court's February 18 order denying him permission to recall the witnesses.[caption id="attachment_2109801" align="alignleft" width="380"]
