PTI[/caption]A constable posted with the PCR wing "accidentally" fired three rounds while loading his AK-47 rifle during change of duty in the media parking lot opposite the prime minister's residence in the posh Lutyens bungalow area in Central Delhi, DCP (New Delhi) Jatin Narwal told PTI.When you are a Delhi Police constable posted outside the PM's residence in the national capital which is on alert after one of the deadliest terror attacks the world has seen, and you then get trolled by your weapon, you know you are one of the unluckiest people in the world."He (the constable) accidentally fired three rounds while loading his AK-47 rifle," Narwal said, adding that nobody was injured in the incident.Maybe Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal would be glad, for a change, that the Delhi Police comes under the Centre's control. Imagine, in a hypothetical scenario, the kind of conspiracy theories that would have sprung have up if a personnel from the Delhi state government-controlled police had goofed up like this.An inquiry has been ordered into the episode which occurred at around 8.15 pm. No FIR has been registered so far, he said.The constable will also be slightly relieved to know that no terror angle was suspected in this incident, according to Hindustan Times.Security officials in and around the prime minister's residence rushed to the spot hearing the sound of gunfire.
