HC order staying bail to Chandolia put on hold by SC
The Supreme Court today agreed to examine the appeal filed by RK Chandolia challenging the stay granted by the Delhi High Court on his bail.

The Supreme Court has put on hold Delhi High Court order which stayed bail granted to 2G spectrum case accused R K Chandolia. The high court order will be on hold till Chandolia's plea is decided by a bench headed by Justice GS Singhvi, the SC observed.Supreme Court earlier today had agreed to examine the appeal filed by RK Chandolia, former private secretary of A Raja and an accused in the 2G scam case, challenging the stay granted by the Delhi High Court on his bail.A bench of justices Altamas Kabir and SS Nijjar and J Chelameswar posted the matter for hearing at 2 pm in the mentioning list after counsel Sanjiv Sen mentioned the appeal before it.
