Nagpur: Minor girl gangraped by three brothers, including two juveniles
Three brothers, including two juveniles, allegedly gangraped a 13-year-old girl at her home in a slum area of the city, police said.

AFP[/caption]The three accused, including the eldest brother Sanjay alias Takesh Manohar Verma (21), all residents of Indira Nagar slums in Ganeshpeth area, stormed into the minor girl's house when she was alone on Sunday.They allegedly took turns to rape the girl and then fled from the spot, police said.The girl narrated the incident to her father who runs a paan kiosk. The victim's parents subsequently lodged a case at Ganeshpeth police station.Later, the girl was sent for a medical examination which confirmed rape, police said.Two of the juvenile accused, aged 12 and 17, were held while Sanjay is at large, they said.The accused have been booked under section 376 (rape) of IPC and relevant sections of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, police added.
