PTI[/caption]A case was filed against Shinde for his 'hindu terror' remark, where the petitioner had alleged that the minister had willfully made the remark to create ill will between communities.The petitioner has also alleged that these statements aimed at polarising votes ahead of the 2014 general elections.Shinde had said that training camps of both - BJP and RSS - are promoting Hindu terrorism in the country. Shinde cited Samjhauta, Mecca Masjid and Malegaon blasts as examples.The minister further clarified that his comments were aimed at saffron terror and not any political organisation.
