CBSE to declare Class 10th Compartment Exam 2017 results today; check your grades on cbseresults.nic.in

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to announce the Class X compartment examination results on Wednesday at cbseresults.nic.in, media reports said.However, there has been no official update available in this regard, NDTV reported, saying that candidates are highly confused.[caption id="attachment_3732649" align="alignleft" width="380"]

Representational image. PTI[/caption]On 9 August, CBSE declared results of Class XII compartment examinations which were held by the board from 17 July onwards. The exam is held for students who failed to clear a subject during the board exam held in March.According to the Financial Express, a total of 19,85,397 students from Classes X and XII were registered for the board exams this year, out of which 8,86,506 were from Class X. The overall pass percentage for high school students was 82 percent.The CBSE exams were delayed this year, on account of Assembly elections held in five states — Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Manipur, Goa and Punjab.Here's how to check the results:

1. Go to the site cbseresults.nic.in
2. Look for Compartment Result-2017 for Class-X
3. Click on it, enter your roll number
4. Take a printout of the results
