Laptops and pep-talk for state toppers from Mamata Banerjee

Kolkata: West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee, today urged her state's youths to be not cowed down by frustration in life."I do not like frustration. I do not like to be cowed down by frustration. Life is full of challenge. One has to struggle to face challenges," Banerjee said in an event organised by the state government to felicitate state Madhyamik examinations toppers.[caption id="attachment_335913" align="alignleft" width="380" caption="Mamata Banerjee gifted laptops to state secondary and higher secondary exam toppers."][/caption]Responding to a recitation by one of the students, she said the poem recited by her has a touch of frustration and said, "One should not be cowed down by frustration."Twenty-three top rankers in the state's Madhayamik (Secondary) and another twenty-two in Higher Secondary examinations were handed over certificates and laptops.She advised them to study hard, so that they can succeed in life. "They should be able to turn their dreams into reality. The state government will support them," she said at the programme where state education minister Bratya Basu was present.
