Mumbai: Are you often stuck for ideas? Or are you overflowing with them? Either way you may benefit from a new e-book that is seeking to document how exactly people get ideas.R. Sridhar, Innovation Coach, IDEAS-RS wrote to several of his associates and friends asking them how they get ideas.  He has documented 41 of these responses, that he received from professionals from a variety of fields. Very few of them come from what are widely referred to as the ‘creative’ professions.[caption id="attachment_174585" align="alignleft" width="380" caption="Getty Images"][/caption]“Don’t chase ideas” says one of them. The advice is to soak yourself in knowing more about the subject, talking to experts and so on to get new perspectives. Just digging deeper into the issue may not help. Ideas are floating around, they just come to me” says another. He talks about making interesting connections. “Borrow from Nature” says a third.Sridhar however, says the eBook is still incomplete,  and has said that he is looking at this as his Version 1.0. He hopes that more people will contribute bring out a comprehensive Version 2.0. I
