Los Angeles: 'Legally Blonde' star Reese Witherspoon has declined to press charges after she was caught up in a road accident.The 35-year-old actress was running in Santa Monica when she was mowed down by a vehicle driven by an 84-year-old woman.Witherspoon sustained minor injuries, but she has no plans to pursue the matter any further,reported Us magazine.[caption id="attachment_80177" align="alignleft" width="380" caption="Reese Witherspoon in this file photo.
