The Interpreter of dreams' by Lalu Prasad Shaw at Art Indus Gallery. The 40 works displayed comprise 20 paintings done in tempera colors. Each of his profiles, inspired by the Kalighat paintings, usually contains only one character, though sometimes he also paints couples. If it's a woman, she seems to be waiting for something (or someone) as she combs her hair, runs her fingers through it or ties it up in a ribbon. She stands in her clean and bright cotton sari, reposing against a wall or a piece of furniture, watching a cat or a wilted vase of flowers or simply looks away wistfully.[caption id="attachment_468938" align="alignleft" width="380"] Interpreter of Dreams.[/caption]When: 30 September, Sunday. 11 am-7pmWhere: Art Indus Gallery,  Chanakya Puri.Address: 37, Santushti Shopping Complex, Ground Floor , New Chanakya Puri ,  DelhiContact: 26883738, 24101250
