New Delhi: The government today ordered closure of all pubs and discotheques in the capital by 1 am as part of security measures in the backdrop of rape of a young student in a moving bus last Sunday.This was announced by Union Home Secretary R K Singh.[caption id="attachment_566082" align="alignleft" width="380"]
