Honda BR-V sales zooms past 10,000 bookings on new policy

Honda Cars India today said its sports utility vehicle BR-V has crossed 10,000 bookings since its launch in the domestic market last month.[caption id="attachment_398641" align="alignleft" width="380"]
Reuters[/caption]Launched on 5 May, the SUV has been able to attract customers from diverse profile, Honda Cars India Ltd (HCIL) said in a statement."The recently launched Honda BR-V has received a good consumer response with over 10,000 bookings since launch. BR-V has amassed strong interest from both young and middle aged customers. We are confident that it will attract more customers with its strong desirable values," HCIL President & CEO Yoichiro Ueno said.As per current demand, the vehicle has witnessed equal consumer preference in petrol and diesel variants, he added. "The new policy of three year unlimited km warranty for BR-V has been very positively accepted and is one of the driving forces for good acceptance of BR-V in the market," Ueno said.Seven seater BR-V is priced between Rs 8.75 lakh and Rs 12.9 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).
