"Neha comes with a reputation for taking organisations to the next level. She has hands on experience in not just mainstream advertising, but in Digital and Activation as well. In my conversations with Neha I found a "can do" spirit that is perfect for Orchard. Neha is a playing captain, someone who leads from the front," says Thomas Xavier, Chairman and National Creative Director, Orchard Advertising.

Said Contractor about her appointment, "An agency that redefined many industries with creative thinking for brands like Air Deccan, Kinder Joy, Thums Up, TOI, McDonalds and many others, clearly define themselves as challengers. I have been a part of leader brands for a long time, now it's time to move on to a challenger brand! Clients don't believe in 'the line' - below, above or through. We want to erase it. I'm excited to drive the integrated functions of Leo Burnett and Orchard. Watch this space for more excitement!"
