With the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX, the processes of managing revenue deferrals, royalty payouts, and credit and collections have been simplified and consolidated across the various Microsoft regional operating centres. This has also ensured standardised processes and controls to help enforce compliance, including regional regulatory invoicing mandates.

"We are happy to have partnered with Wipro in this critical project, the project has been a success," said Klaus Holse Andersen, CVP MBS, Sales and Operations, Microsoft. "We are seeing significant productivity increases in managing revenue deferrals, royalty payouts and credit and collection processes."
