Talisma Targets SMEs With New CRM Solution
Talisma Corporation released Talisma CRM Atom, a solution specifically targeted at the SME segment.
Talisma Corporation released Talisma CRM Atom at a launch function held yesterday at the Grand Hyatt, Mumbai. This solution is specifically targeted at the SME segment. With this solution, Talisma is looking to provide SMEs the capability to meet increased customer demand, build customer loyalty and provide an exceptional customer experience. Talisma customers will be provided with pre-built software configuration bundles that have the required software and hardware.
Raj Mruthyunjayappa, managing director, Asia-Pacific and Europe, Talisma, said, "Talisma CRM Atom offers the ability to improve customer service and enhance operational efficiency. We project this solution as CRM-in-a-box and it can be obtained on a rental basis as well as via the SaaS model."
Talisma CRM Atom will help SMEs target and acquire new customers, get more out of existing customers, and build long-term loyalty, among other things. The price of the solution begins somewhere within the range of Rs 20,000- 25,000 per month and would escalate as per future expansion.
Talisma has also announced partnerships with Hinduja Global Solutions, SMC Global, Bajaj Capital, Teamlease and HDFC Ergo. The company also plans to foray into the telecom sector. Further, it is considering targeting the government sector with its Citizen Relationship Management Programme.
