Talisma Integrates CRM Sol With ValueFirst's SMS Gateway
Talisma has integrated its CRM solution with ValueFirst's SMS gateway to create SMS Push/Pull channel for customer interaction, adding to it existing channel options of email, phone, chat, VoIP, and Web self-service.

In the first phase, Talisma will provide PUSH and PULL facility. Subsequently, the entire bouquet including Unicode (Language support), Picture Messaging, and Barcode Messaging can be added to the service offering based on the uptake and demand from customers.
