Spare Backup Launches BlackBerry Mobile App For Data Backup, Cloud Services
The new application adds a new suite of functionalities called LiveSync.
Spare Backup, Inc, a provider of automated, online backup applications and cloud computing services for home users and small businesses, announced that it has launched a new version of its BlackBerry mobile application.
The new application adds a new suite of functionalities called "LiveSync" that ties into a wide array of Spare's cloud-based technologies. In addition to providing an improved and simple automated backup solution for contacts, pictures, calendar entries, and documents stored on the BlackBerry, through LiveSync users will have the ability to access and modify the content on their phones through a web browser. LiveSync also enables users to log on to their user website and send and receive SMS messages directly through the browser.
The application is being made available to all of its channel partners as well as through the Spare Backup website.
