Sonata Launches SonnetlTeS For ITeS And BPO Companies

Sonata Software has launched SonnetITeS, a solution built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0, to address vital CRM needs in the service and sales and marketing areas of Information Technology Enabled Services (ITeS) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies.

SonnetITes provides multi-channel customer interactions, intelligent call routing, automatic activity updating, interaction history tracking, service plan management, customer satisfaction tracking and portal integration. The solution also provides seamless interfaces with Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) service providers.
