SAP Named Leader In Transportation Mgmt Systems: ARC Advisory Group
SAP has engaged closely with customers to understand the true needs of a transportation management system.
Demonstrating ongoing strength in the area of supply chain execution, SAP AG has been named overall transportation management systems (TMS) market leader in the “Transportation Management Systems: Worldwide Outlook 2011-2016” report by analyst firm ARC Advisory Group. In addition to this general ranking, this latest ARC research also indicates the following leadership positions for SAP based on revenues:
SAP has been ranked No. 1 in the TMS software category, transportation planning and execution segment and also ranked the No. 1 TMS vendor in EMEA and TMS vendor to tier 1 customers, defined as companies with revenues over US$1 billion.
