RT Outsourcing To Service SatNav Customers

SatNav Technologies, a player in the navigation and GPS technology space in India, has tied up with RT Outsourcing for customer support and service provision. RT Outsourcing will now serve SatNav customers, who own the company's GPS devices.

RT outsourcing is an end–to–end warranty service provider with a presence across several dozen locations in India. The company has a state-of-the-art call centre and technical support centres in New Delhi and NOIDA.

With this tie-up, SatNav Technologies will extend their services to customers 24/7 under which customers from any part of India can get their devices repaired by sending it to the RT service centre. Apart from this, SatNav will continue to provide its service support to the channels as they have been doing in the past.

By outsourcing the service to RT Outsourcing, SatNav has taken a major step in enabling RT to complement the distributor’s work for an aggressive penetration of its products in the country.
