Proxy Networks, a provider of remote desktop software, has announced that its latest release of PROXY Pro 6.10 now supports remote desktop services, including screen recording, for thin clients supporting terminal services sessions. Unlike other solutions, PROXY Pro 6.10 does not require any software to run on thin clients; instead, PROXY Pro 6.10 interoperates with terminal services sessions at the terminal server, allowing for efficient screen recording, remote control and remote monitoring.

Call centres using terminal servers such as Windows Terminal Server or Citrix XenApp Server can now monitor and record terminal services sessions more efficiently than before, and eliminate any performance degradation for customer service representative stations.

"The server-side remote desktop services in PROXY Pro 6.10 allow call centres to extend screen recording and monitoring capabilities to several terminal session seats," said Andy Kim, CEO of Proxy Networks.
