Opus To Play SI Role For Western Union Mobile Money Transfer Service
Opus will integrate partnering Mobile Network Operators' systems and technology vendor platforms with Western Union's MMT interfaces globally.
Opus Software Solutions, a provider of software solutions to the payments industry, has been selected as a System Integrator for Western Union's Mobile Money Transfer (MMT) service. Opus will integrate partnering Mobile Network Operators (MNO) systems and technology vendor platforms with Western Union's MMT interfaces globally.
The Western Union MMT service is a channel extension of the Western Global Money Transfer platform launched to enhance user convenience. The service is offered through mobile class-of-trade specific interface to the Western Union platform, which will be integrated with partnering systems. Opus will handle this implementation with a defined scope of work, which includes project management, process and domain consultancy, technical assistance, partner support, pre-certification and UAT (User Acceptance Test) Support.
