Newgen’s Mobile Capture application, ZapIn, was selected from a pool of 41 applicants, among the top 5 products featured at the NASSCOM Cloud and Mobility Summit.
IP4Biz Product Showcase was intended to provide a platform for “Made in India” Enterprise Cloud or Mobile Product companies, which have deployed Cloud or Mobility solutions successfully at a large/small enterprise across India.
“The NASSCOM win is a testimony of our commitment to building innovative solutions that deliver higher productivity and cost savings to our customers”, said Diwakar Nigam CEO & MD, Newgen Software. “ZapIn builds on our proud legacy of leveraging technology to enhance customer experience.” he further added.
Newgen’s mobile application, ZapIn helps business executives, on-the-move, to capture customer information and instantly initiate its processing at the back-office. The key to the application is its advanced image processing that ensures high quality images and minimal size, making it viable to be transferred over an active data network.
It is worth noting that some of the leading players in the Banking and Insurance industry have already signed up for this application. Given the potential this technology holds, it is bound to become an essential tool for mobile business executives.
