Newgen Launches OmniOMS Latest Version

Newgen Software Technologies, has announced the launch of its new version of the Omni Output Management System (O2MS) known as OmniOMS 3.1.

Newgen's O2MS is a one-stop solution for managing enterprise output in a seamless and cost-effective manner that impacts both topline and bottomline of business organisations. The new version has vital features required for managing very frequent and varied customer correspondence.

Along with the addition of new features, many existing features have been improved for the new version. O2MS 3.1 tracks and controls wastage of repetitive email delivery attempts by defining a corrective policy regarding any non delivered statements. The statement shall still be generated but would be stopped from distribution (Email or snail mail) depending upon consecutive delivery-failures, leading to permanent non-delivery.
