NAVTEQ Renews Contract With Mahindra Satyam BPO

Mahindra Satyam, a global consulting and IT services provider, has announced that its business process outsourcing arm, Mahindra Satyam BPO has renewed its existing contract with NAVTEQ – the provider of digital map data for a further period of two years. Mahindra Satyam BPO’s relationship with the customer is over five years old, and it currently provides a wide portfolio of services to the customer.

Mahindra Satyam BPO's abilities to successfully handle multiple projects across geographies, deliver high-quality services and consistently enhance productivity were cited as the main reasons for the contract renewal.

Over time, we have strengthened our relationship by handling various distinct and complex processes for the customer. The renewal of the contract was a logical extension. The services currently provided by Mahindra Satyam BPO include geospatial software applications and modeling, as well as data support services.
