Mahindra Satyam BPO's abilities to successfully handle multiple projects across geographies, deliver high-quality services and consistently enhance productivity were cited as the main reasons for the contract renewal.

"The renewal of the contract for a further period of two years shows NAVTEQ's confidence in our organisation. In 2004, we started by handling two of the customer’s processes. Over time, we have strengthened our relationship by handling various distinct and complex processes for the customer. The renewal of the contract was a logical extension. We are excited about the possibilities that lie ahead of us, and are confident that our engagement with NAVTEQ will continue to be a strategic business relationship in the true sense of the term," said Vijay Rangineni, CEO, Mahindra Satyam BPO.
