Motorola is one of the premier Android devices out there (the other is HTC) and they could use their solid relationships with major US phone carriers such as Verizon Wireless to secure sales. No specs have been released on the device yet but easy guesses are ARM-based processor (Qualcomm), with 512MB RAM, Wi-Fi and accelerometer.
