M3M Goes Live On Oracle Apps In Record Time
M3M can now better manage its back-office support business, adopt a paperless environment and improve operational efficiency.
M3M India Limited (M3M) became India’s first real estate company to go ‘live’ on Oracle CRM On Demand and Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12, achieving this in only four months. With modules such as Oracle E-Business Suite Financials, Oracle Property Manager, Oracle Purchasing, and Oracle Inventory, M3M can now better manage its back-office support business, adopt a paperless environment and improve operational efficiency.
In addition, with Oracle Projects Costing and Oracle Financial Analytics, M3M has real-time integrated information on project cost and performance, while Oracle User Productivity Kit helped improve productivity and accelerate deployment time for the project.
“As a leading real estate developer in India and with our expanding business, we required a business solution that would scale with our growth. We were convinced that Oracle Applications could support us,” said Gaurav Jain, Vice President, Finance, M3M India Limited. “The scalability of Oracle Applications and Filix Consulting’s domain expertise fits perfectly in our business agenda.”
“M3M is the first real estate company in India to adopt both Oracle E-Business Suite and CRM On Demand in a single phase. With the kind of premium projects that M3M is launching, M3M was quick to realise that they needed to be different in a rapidly changing realty market, that is moving from a sellers driven market to a buyers world,” said Samik Roy, Head– Growth Applications, Oracle India. “M3M has automated their entire campaign to cash cycle and deployed a hybrid approach of Oracle ERP on the on-premise model and Oracle CRM On Demand on the SaaS model.”
