IOL Broadband Opts For MagnaQuest
MagnaQuest’s Convergent Customer Management & Billing (CMB) solution, MQSubscribe has been selected by IOL Broadband, India for IOL Broadband's IPTV project.
The deal encompasses IOL's service deployments on its own network and deployment of Content Delivery Network (CDN) for MTNL & BSNL.
IOL intends to launch more IPTV services including broadcast TV, video on demand, and broadband Internet, in several cities in India and MagnaQuest would work on all IOL deployments in India.
MQSubscribe will support IOL's projected subscriber growth and launch of new value added services. MQSubscribe would be deployed integrated with SeaChange's Video on Demand middleware chosen by IOL.
Vijay Debbad, managing director, MagnaQuest said, "I am glad that we have bagged the first project in the emerging domain of IPTV.
