Infor Unveils Rhythm, A Cloud-Based e-Commerce Platform
Infor Rhythm includes software for storefronts, product configuration, recommendations, upsell and cross sell, pre-packaged ION integration and more.
Infor, a provider of business application software, has announced Infor Rhythm, a cloud-based e-Commerce platform. Infor Rhythm is built on a complete and proven e-Commerce platform and now complemented with beautiful designs from the Hook & Loop creative agency.
Infor Rhythm includes best-in-class software for storefronts, product configuration, recommendations, upsell and cross sell, pre-packaged ION integrations to order management, natural language search, content management, layout, and predictive analytics - all available in the cloud for a monthly subscription and rendered in beautiful design. These applications are proven at major customers like Tommy Bahama, Microsoft, Mohegan Sun, and Navy Federal Credit Union.
“It’s time to modernise e-Commerce sites. Companies have been hiring creative agencies to spruce up dated storefronts; however, without deeper customer engagement on their sites, the sales conversion rate doesn’t improve as much as they’d like,” said Charles Phillips, CEO of Infor. “Infor Rhythm delivers a more complete package in the cloud by combining world-class design with a comprehensive engagement platform. Highly personalised interactions create richer customer relationships which we believe drive higher conversion rates.”
The first suite, Infor Rhythm for Commerce, is available now. Infor plans to release additional suites in 2014, including Infor Rhythm for Civics (public sector), Patients (healthcare), and Hospitality. Infor Rhythm is global, scalable, reliable, and secure.
