IBM India has announced the launch of its operations in Lucknow with a special focus on the SMB segment.
IBM's operations in Lucknow will target various clients in the government, hospital management, banking, cooperatives, disaster recovery, and research institutes.
According to IBM, the launch would enable the company to cater specially to the requirements of various SMB clients spread in the city of Lucknow and its neighbouring markets.
The launch is a part of IBM India’s plan to foray into 14 new cities including Bhopal, Nashik, Surat, Jaipur, etc.
