HCL Introduces IRIS And EmpowerFin

HCL Technologies has unveiled two vertically focused solutions"Intelligent Retail Industry Suite (IRIS) and EmpowerFin"to support ERP and CRM within the retail and financial services industries. The solutions are based on Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

IRIS is an application that supports point-of-sale (POS), store management, supply chain and finance for speciality retail and food & grocery (F&G). IRIS also provides real-time tracking of inventory, enhanced stock forecasting and multi-dimensional business analysis.

EmpowerFin is a CRM-based solution that enables insurance, corporate banking and wealth management institutions to provide enhanced customer interfaces and policy administration, thereby enabling greater customer retention.

"With these HCL solutions for retail and financial services, enterprises can avoid time-consuming customization and also reduce implementation costs, bringing them one step closer to realizing the full potential of the Microsoft Dynamics products," explained Ananthanarayanan KS, Microsoft Dynamics Practice Head, HCL Technologies.
