HCL In Partnership For Software Lifecycle Mgmt Services

HCL Technologies Ltd, has announced a significantly expanded partnership with Serena Software, Inc. HCL will provide end-to-end product development, sustenance engineering and release management for Serena PVCS Professional and Serena Dimensions RM, and will open a dedicated offshore development centre for Serena.
