Fujitsu Siemens Computers Provides 'Fast Lane' For Testing SAP Apps

Delivering an innovation that puts customers running SAP solutions on the fast track, Fujitsu Siemens Computers has announced the next-generation SAP Discovery system comes pre-installed on PRIMERGY servers. The European infrastructure provider now offers a complete test environment for the latest version of the SAP NetWeaver technology platform.

The SAP Discovery system provides enterprises with a shorter, cost-efficient implementation path to service-oriented architectures (SOAs). It comes pre-installed on PRIMERGY servers from Fujitsu Siemens Computers and offers customers a sandbox environment for testing and developing of SOA applications.

With SAP Discovery system 3 Enhanced, Fujitsu Siemens Computers now fully supports a brand-new solution stack, including SAP NetWeaver 7.0 and the SAP NetWeaver Composition Environment (SAP NetWeaver CE) offering NW1 SP3 + ESR. The new version of SAP Discovery also comprises snapshot and restore capabilities that allow customers to easily reset their systems to the initial shipping configuration or any other customer-specific system status.
