Firstware Collaborates With Synaptris

Chennai-based Firstware Software Solutions has entered into a partnership with software products company synaptris.

The alliance will target SMEs (Small & Medium Enterprises) running critical business applications for finance, manufacturing, supply chain and CRM functions.

Firstware will distribute and implement Synaptris’ Advanced Reporting and Analysis products in India. It will dedicate a team to provide complete sales, product evaluation and post-sales support to its customers for Synaptris’ products.

Synaptris’ Advanced Reporting solutions seamlessly provide "on demand" analysis capability and claim to offer considerable and accelerated Return on Investment (ROI), which is very critical for SMEs.
