Global imaging and printing company Eastman Kodak has entered into a strategic tie-up with Vakrangee Software for offering outsourced personalised printing solutions in India.

"The company intends to invest nearly Rs 200 crore till FY09 in developing a hub for meeting end-to-end document management solution requirements targeted towards the private sector segment in India. While Vakrangee would look at the software development and management part of the hub, Kodak would provide the printing hardware and technology assistance for the venture," Vakrangee Software CMD Dinesh Nandwana said.
