The IP network designed and implemented by Datacraft will provide the company with a seamless platform to integrate voice, video and data communications as well as analogue devices such as fax machines. More than 450 units of IP phones will be connected to the network via a PSTN voice gateway.
"In addition to its development centre for both technology and application product lines, the software company also hosts its global support centre, consulting department, global financial information centre, an in-house university as well as an e-governance centre. With such a large and distributed presence in India as well as its global operations, effective communications and connectivity are highly critical for its business," said Sunil Manglore, country manager, Datacraft India.
