CSC, based in Falls Church, Virginia, has bought 50 per cent stake from WestBridge, 40 per cent from promoters and 10 per cent from employees. Both companies, however, did not disclose the sum.

AppLabs brings a strong portfolio of emerging technologies, proprietary methodologies and tools, and a specialised sales force to CSC, which significantly enhances CSC's capabilities in application testing services as well as shortening time-to-market.
