Cegedim Dendrite, a provider of pharmaceutical-specific customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, has announced the expanded availability of its global CRM solution, Mobile Intelligence, to the emerging Indian market. Leveraging its current office in Mumbai, India, Cegedim Dendrite will market, sell and support its CRM solutions to meet the demand in the Indian market.

Mobile Intelligence enables life sciences companies to extend their relationship with and reach among healthcare professionals and institutions, as well as trade partners such as distributors, wholesalers and chemists.

Mobile Intelligence 5.0 provides functionality to improve the effectiveness of commercial teams within a life sciences company such as primary care, specialty care, key account management, consumer health and animal health. The solution empowers cross-functional team collaboration and enables centralisation of key customer information across the enterprise.

The Global Solutions Center, launched in 2004 in India, has enabled Cegedim Dendrite to customise its global products and solutions to meet the region-specific needs of life sciences companies in India.
