BSI Implements Integrated IT Platform For Nimbus

Blue Star Infotech (BSI) has announced that it has successfully implemented an integrated Information Technology (IT) platform for Nimbus Communications.
This platform, based on the Microsoft Dynamics AX product suite, is expected to aid quick decision-making and enable Nimbus to meet its growing business needs.
Nimbus' lines of business include sports, television, motion pictures, broadband, home video entertainment and digital content.
Sonal Chandra Gupta, chief financial officer, Nimbus Communications, commented, "We have satisfactorily completed the Financial Accounting (FA) modules of Axapta and are currently working towards the stabilisation of the product implemented at three locations and spanning two geographies".
As per Satish Gaonkar, vice president, Consulting Services Practice of BSI, "Servicing a client such as Nimbus Communications has enabled BSI to build strong expertise in IT-enabling media companies efficiently and cost-effectively. Our ongoing engagements with media companies such as Viacom 18, Conde Nast (Vogue Magazine) and Maya Entertainment have put BSI in a strong position to provide right-sized and right-fit IT solutions for the media industry".
