AMI Technologies Sets Up R&D Centre At Hyderabad
AMI will provide back end support to Business Process Outsourcing at its Hyderabad facility.
AMI Industries has set up its R&D Centre at Hyderabad. It has also launched products in the field of RFID, BPO services and Embedded Training.
Apart from doing the customisation, implementation, training and local support of these products, AMI will shortly set-up a help desk in Hyderabad.
Bhanu Prakash VP, Business Development and Projects, stated in the official press release, that AMI now expands its horizons in providing back end support to Business Process Outsourcing at its Hyderabad facility. From a 120 seat capacity it will ramp up its activities up to sizeable 1000 seat facility to provide support as a help desk facility to financial institutions, Telecom and other service providers, Technical assistance to consumers of multinationals by the end of 2008.
The R & D centre has been set up with an investment of 5 Million USD.
