Adrenalin To Provide Human Capital Mgmt Solution To SKS Microfinance

Adrenalin eSystems, a provider of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, will put together a technology-based solution to manage the human capital management needs of SKS Microfinance. A first of its kind solution for the microfinance industry, Adrenalin eSystems will provide its HCM solution, Adrenalin, to cover the needs of up to 20,000 professionals at SKS Microfinance.

Adrenalin will address all human capital management areas such as HRMS (Human Resource Management Solution), self service, recruitment, training, performance management and payroll.
